This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I am aiming to prepare my students for life after school. With the workbooks I have requested, I will be better prepared to teach social skills, independent living skills, financial literacy, and job skills. The printer will be used to make copies of the material for students so that they can have them even when they are not with me. Also, the fidgets will be used to help students focus and cope with stressors. This is an extension to my Calm Corner project that is already established. The student of today are asking to learn more about financial literacy and life after school, and I aim to give it to them.
