My Project

As a special education teacher I am blessed to be able to assist students from Kindergarten to Sixth Grade. Each one of my students has a gift and we intend to explore and emphasize their gifts every year. We work with those gifts to brighten and expand the capabilities they can advance. The resources requested are to insure the student are able to learn at their best performance by understanding personal hygiene, proper diet, staying hydrated and having access to educational manipulative to give that differentiated experience to learn because each student has a different learning style. Some of these students have significant health issues that we as educators need to stay on top of to keep them thriving so they can understand and comprehend the academics taught. The students will be engaged additionally in their academics with the different learning project the products from donors choose can provide. The goals for learning this year are to understand the different meanings of vowel teams, understanding place value and reading comprehension to further their possibilities to read a greater volume of books yearly.
