My Students
My students are excited to do hands on activities that teach them what it is like to be a parent/teacher and care for children. They are creative and move doing hands on activities that teach them what it is like to be a teacher.
My Project
The materials needed for this project are craft supplies and things that are needed for my high school students to create meaningful learning experiences for the preschool children in our child care center. My students are preparing to become future teachers and early childhood education leaders. These materials will help my students prepare activities that are developmentally appropriate for the preschool children. The materials will allow my students to engage with the children and gain experience in managing a classroom and teaching age appropriate activities. My students will be able to enjoy the materials and keep them organized.
