This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are amazing kids that love learning and being physically active. These students volunteer to participate in an after-school athletics program and take physical education during the school day. They love the thrill of competition, but also enjoy staying healthy and living a safe lifestyle. They are inquisitive about healthy activities and especially about strength and conditioning.

These students are physically active, and their experience ranges across various levels of different sports and activities.

They share a love of being active and often look forward to physical education or athletics during the day.

My Project

Our students are constantly asking about new strength and conditioning programs and these materials will enable them to experience this amazing activity first hand! Students will be able to participate in a combination of activities with these materials. Pilates, stretching, mat workouts and physical therapy exercises are just a few amazing examples of activities that this project will enable! Classes will allow students to be active for over an hour with the option to use the materials after school as well!

The best part of this project is that it is kid inspired!

The students are constantly asking about core stabilization, strength and conditioning and they love studio based programs! This project will foster a love of being physically active and will promote a healthy lifestyle for all students!
