My Project

Technology is all around us and in everything that we do. My students use technology every day and with almost everything that they do. They are brilliant and love exploring different ways to incorporate technology in the math classroom. As the teacher, I must have the tools to allow this tech incorporation to happen.

This iMac will allow me to be more versatile in the classroom as the facilitator of learning, allowing for me to create, assign, and grade student work/activities effectively and efficiently on the iMac, while using another device to be mobile in the classroom.

It can be challenging, at times, to have to conduct all of the important business of a teacher on one computer. This iMac will allow effective planning and learning in the classroom simultaneously.

Dr. Chambers Scarborough Model Middle School Grades 6-8
