My Students

My Prek students come from various areas in NYC. Most are from the East Harlem area, we have some from The Bronx and Queens. The parents and students are so excited to start school. We have a great collaboration with the community and school. The students love to explore the areas of NYC especially Central Park! The students at our school are energetic and empathetic. Our Prek program grows using Social Emotional Learning!

My Project

Last year we incorporated many STEAM projects into the center learning during the day. STEAM projects were so engaging. My young scholars may not understand how advanced math works or how a computer works but with STEAM activities they can begin to build a foundation. I want to be that force that drives them to that foundation.

The PreK scholars can build a strong foundation for future learning by exploring STEAM preschool skills and concepts through play and discussion, then applying those skills through more play.

These children are the future. Let's help them with giving them a great and strong start!
