Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Please help my class explore and discover new cultures across the world. It is very important to expand their repertoire of knowledge. The project materials include cultural items and activities they will be doing as they are learning what the item is and how they use it in the Lunar New Year celebration. Students will be able to decorate as well as make items for the Chinese New Year. The new and upcoming 2023 year is the year of the rabbit, which brings good fortune. It's very important to me to make sure my students learn about different cultures and be respectful toward others.
