Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will help us build our class library and obtain the books needed for buddy reading. The books include topics of science, feelings, letters, and vehicles! The red bins will help organize books and help give students clear expectations of where our books go.

Having developmentally appropriate and engaging books will allow my students to practice listening and reading skills with a partner.

Giving my students the books they need will help develop their love of reading and foster their curiosity. As I start this brand new pre-k program at my school, I hope to be able to give my students a classroom library that has all the books they need.
