Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

A typical day in my classroom consists of students creating learning experiences.

My students are eager learners who strive to achieve academic success.

They are full of energy and need the hands on manipulatives for appropriate development. My school does not provide the funding to give these children everything they need to succeed in school. I am willing to do anything to make sure they achieve maximum learning in the classroom and acquire skills to take outside the classroom.

My Project

My students need supplies that will help enhance their learning. The magnets, magnifiers, mirrors, and eyedroppers are tools they need. My students will use these materials to increase their learning in everyday centers. The materials will not only provide the academics they need, but they will provide a fun learning environment for my students. I know that these materials will be exciting for my students to have. This donation will allow the children to explore in the science center. During the Winter months, the students can explore snowflakes with the magnifying glasses and then insects during the Spring months. The magnets will be ideal in the sensory bin with various magnetic and non-magnetic material.

Any donations will help improve my classroom.

I am willing to do anything to foster a love for school at such a young age. By having these materials, the students will have a fun, learning experience that will carry on with them throughout their years of schooling. The magnifiers, magnets, eyedroppers, and mirrors will be a huge help.
