My Project

Sensory toys play a crucial role in my special education Pre-K classroom by supporting the development of my students needs. These toys engage children’s senses, helping them explore tactile, auditory, and visual stimuli in a safe and controlled environment. Sensory toys aid in improving fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and sensory processing, allowing children to better regulate their emotions and reactions. For children with autism, ADHD, or other developmental disabilities, these toys can offer calming effects and increase focus. I would love for my young kids to have sensory up to help them self soothe when things can be a bit overwhelming and over stimulating .
