I would like to provide an exciting start to our Pre-K classroom through a fun farm-themed learning environment. Research shows that children learn through developmental and hands-on learning. We want to provide our students with a fun farmed theme learning experience.
We could use the items requested for small groups, whole group, themed learning centers, and our classroom environment to help children develop a foundation for an everlasting love for learning.
We can also use the office supplies to print and provide even more farm activities through online digital files.
Children get to use their creative minds in imaginative play in PreK. Imaginative play encourages social interaction, language development, thinking skills, and emotion management.
Thematic play deepens a child’s understanding of particular topics. It allows students to explore creativity through real-life applications and experiences.
The students in my classroom are very special. We live in a small rural area and our school is a small Title I elementary school. I want my students to be able to have as many exciting experiences as possible. I want them to make memories and learn through unique and out of the box experiences. I want them to be excited to come to school and want to expose them to as many opportunities as possible. I want them to use every creative skill they possess. I want to give them every opportunity to succeed and build a firm foundation for learning.
