This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a "home." In other words, I know exactly where everything will go. We just need your help in getting everything through our door! The combo key touch keyboard will be placed in the front of the classroom and put securely to monitor what students are doing in the classroom during instruction. I can monitor and lock their Chromebooks If they play games on YouTube during instruction to keep them engaged and focused. It will also be used by the teacher to connect to the smart TV during instruction to help students learn, thus promoting blended learning. The paper, glue sticks, 3 hole punch, and other supplies of the sort will be used by the students, so that they may create books. The Texas Instrument calculator will be used by the teacher when teaching graphing of functions and also to pull up the solutions very quickly. It will be used in junction with Desmos to show the graphing of functions to students. The headphones will be used by students during i-Ready lessons and also when they have to listen to videos independently.

The donations to this project will help to improve my students' understanding of and competency in authentic, meaningful organization and structure.
