This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students face daily challenges that require more than just academic skills—they need emotional tools to navigate life. As a school counselor, I work with students who are learning how to manage anxiety, build resilience, and foster self-regulation. To support their growth, I’m seeking funding to create a calm, welcoming space equipped with practical tools such as sensory kits, fidget items, and visual aids for emotional regulation.

These resources will help students identify their emotions, develop coping strategies, and practice mindfulness.

With your support, we can empower them to thrive both in school and beyond. Every donation brings us closer to helping students feel seen, supported, and ready to succeed!
