My Students

My school is one of the most diverse campuses in the area. In a single classroom, I might have a student with a parent who works at Apple, a student who has only been in the country a short while, a student who has recently become homeless, or a student that has two parents that work two to three jobs just to keep food on the table. What I love the most about these students is how they are so accepting and open with one another despite their differences.

My Project

Many of my students do not have the financial means to always have the best nutrition. I have a "take what you need" cart by my door so as students walk in they can help themselves to items they may need. The first thing to go is always my snacks. I spend a lot of money making sure my kiddos have access to food to get them through the day.

I would love some help providing my students with the proper nutrition to get through the school day.

My kiddos should be able to focus on their academics without a growling stomach to interrupt their thinking. Your donation would help my kids redirect their attention to what really matters.
