My Project

Our students are inquisitive, insightful learners. Like many students in the Bronx and the city, they have been through and seen a great deal. They are still resilient and ready to open themselves up to learn, grow, and be their authentic selves.

This project's materials will help brighten up a neglected library space.

As we continue to improve, we want to ensure our students see themselves in the books and decorations in our library.

Working in one of the poorest congressional districts in the country, we see the benefit that a positive environment, including various posters, banners, sign holders, and chimes, with a solid literary and library culture can have on our student's educational pathway and journey.
