My Project

I love seeing my students in my classroom everyday. After the pandemic ,it has been a challenging couple of years for many of our students and I'm so glad to see them learning in the classroom, socializing with their peers, and feeling safe and comfortable at school. However, I notice that a lot of them are going through difficult times in their personal life and emotionally as well. I hope that by providing resources like these it can help them feel more at ease in the classroom environment.

At our school, we do a lot of after school such as clubs, tutoring, SAT prep, and extra help so our students have really long days and they get hungry.

They are in school for 12 hours or more sometimes. The snacks will help them get through the long days and focus on their academic goals.

Board games are a good way for our students to take a break from screen time. It also gets them to interact with their peers and develop their social skills. The Game of Life is also a great supplement to my Career and Financial Management class in which we teach them skills they need post high school.
