Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items that I hope to receive will help my classroom operate more efficiently. I hope to implement technology into our everyday operations so I’m in need of a tablet. We don’t have enough stools, so I have to learn to limit who sits in them and for how long. My students enjoy learning and I hope you can provide me with more resources so that I can do everything in my power to get them to the next level

Technology is a big part of today’s society and in our world.

I’m asking for a tablet to be able to access my students' data more quickly. If I can see their data right away, the more likely i can intervene to clear up misconceptions. A tablet would make my job a lot easier by allowing me to move around my classroom.

My classroom does not have many resources. We received classroom resources from Donorchooose recently, and the students loved our new stools. We only received three stools and the students argue over them. If you could please donate more, it would cut out a lot of bickering. I’m so excited that my students love them and are excited to learn. I want to provide them with more so that they don’t feel their learning is limited.

I am also in need of books so that my students can practice and get the repetition they need to retain what they learn. My student are so eager to learn and i am in need of more books for our classroom to aid in literacy.
