My Project

This order includes lots of fun prizes to motivate my 8th graders to engage. Many of my students have unfinished learning, so grade-level content can be difficult. Offering extrinsic motivations help students build the skills and learning behaviors needed to become successful learners. After they see they CAN be successful, that motivation begins to come from within. Too many 8th graders were greatly affected interruptions to their learning during COVID-19. Students will learn in the fun class, where they feel safe and seen. Giving kids physical rewards is a small part of that.
