My Project

My kindergarteners with Autism work so hard throughout the year. All of my students have speech, language and communication challenges. Although some of my little learners are verbal, most communicate using assistive technology. Each student receives an individual assessment and then works diligently to meet their goals.

My students' daily data relating to their IEP goals, along with the work they complete and the projects they create, are concrete examples of how they learn and grow throughout the year.

Progress for my students at times occurs slowly. Individual portfolio binders will help us to continue to recognize their achievements and plan their next steps within the classroom.
