This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These devices will allow me to take the necessary trainings to help me grow as a teacher. The laptop will allow me to use Zoom in order to connect to my trainings in class, and the portability of an iPad will enable me to access the classes remotely. I will use the devices to take classes focusing on the latest strategies to teach reading from its most basic stages to the advanced levels of reading comprehension. I will learn to use the latest software to help students attain a higher understanding of what they read. I will gain the knowledge I need to become a more effective teacher in the classroom. These devices will allow me to complete my assignments and submit digital projects as required for my professional development courses and communicate with my professors.
