My Project

As each year progresses, we notice what materials we need more of and which ones would be a great addition to our classroom in order to support our learners to reach their highest potential!

The goal of this project is to provide our students with access to more tools that will enable them to grow as readers and as individuals.

For example, the race cars and pop it blocks will enhance our reading lessons allowing the students to engage in hands-on, visual learning. The race cars will support continuous blending of sounds, while the pop its will help students break words down into the sounds they hear. In addition to the academic tools, pencil holders and stress balls are necessary for social emotional growth. Keeping our desks tidy and our bodies calm will lead to a more successful day and positive attitude toward learning!

Our class is extremely special for a variety of reasons. They are driven, eager to learn and love to socialize with one another. They are striving to be the best learners and community members they can be inside and outside of school.
