Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

First off, let me take the time to thank you for considering to help me and my wonderful students become successful this school year by sending donations. We want to pop into the new year with a sense of determination and motivation knowing that we will succeed. In order to do that, there are some supplies that we need to make us successful.

Second grade is a very important grade as is all others.

Everything that I am asking for, will go toward helping them to achieve those goals. Within this grade, we are building skills to help make them proficient readers. Items such as Reading Comprehension, Cause/Effect, and Main Idea cards will not only help them to read but comprehend what they are reading as well.

By sending donations, you are creating a learning atmosphere that will allow students to be and do their very best, because they will have their very best.
