Help Mr. Latko

I teach elementary technology in an Urban charter school, trying to build a new technology program.

I am trying to build an innovative program to allow my students to express their creativity. I want my students to be up to date and in the know with the latest trends in technology. I want to give them the opportunity to share their success with others using the Internet to tell their stories in their own voices. A podcast will allow them to tell their stories and share it with their families and the community.

To create a simple Podcast with my 4th grade classes, I will need 4 digital voice recorders so each class can use one to record their reports. A podcast will allow the students to use their creativity, help them learn about deadlines, and teach them proper diction while speaking.

I believe that we all need to help our children learn and grow. You can help my students take a giant leap into the new global community.
