Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

If my project is fully funded I will put the plush toys in the play area so that my students can have toys that are safe to play with during play time. These plush toys can provide a sense of comfort and security, helping students feel more at ease in a school environment. The plush toys will offer a soothing sensory experience through their texture, which can help with self regulation and reducing sensory overload. Lastly plush toys can act as social facilitators, encouraging interaction and communication with peers during playtime.
