My Students

Through our Robotics program, we strive to encourage our students into careers in the ever-increasing realm of engineering. We firmly believe our school will become a beacon of innovation and a haven for students who wish to expand their experiences in all areas of engineering.

Our students are hard-working, driven young men from a variety of backgrounds and ethnicities.

Our school's mission is to provide advanced academics and extra-curricular activities in a historically under-serviced neighborhood, ensuring that every young man with a dream has the opportunity to achieve it.

My Project

As my students and the surrounding neighborhood are still reeling from Hurricane Harvey, we are seeking to provide them with a rewarding experience during and after school by competing in the FTC and FRC Robotics Competitions.

Our students have the ingenuity to compete against top teams; we need your help supplying them with the tools and materials they need to make those ideas come to life.

In this request, we have specified wire strippers, crimpers, and assorted connectors for wiring our motors and a variety of cables for connecting the electronics platform to the phones that control them. We have also included tank tread and hex wrenches to create the drive trains to make these robots go!

Our boys demonstrated excellence at last year's competition, standing out among teams with astronomically larger budgets because they have grit and optimism! With your help, we will go above and beyond that this year!
