Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Can you imagine what would have happened to Picasso or Matisse if they spent their childhoods without being exposed to or able to create art? I may have a future artist in my classroom that needs your help!

I work with 18 wonderful and creative pre-k children who are three and four-years-old.

Children at this age love creating art! They absolutely love to draw, paint, make collages, and explore new art materials daily. My students would love new art materials to explore the art center everyday and create beautiful artwork!

My Project

Due to severe budget cuts, my school no longer has an art teacher. I would still love to expose my students to art in our classroom but we need art supplies. My students need a variety of art materials such as paint brushes, paint cups, paper, collage materials, poster boards, a drying rack, markers, and crayons so they can engage in art activities daily.

By donating art supplies to my class, you can help my little artists have the supplies they need to create art daily!

You will also make many young, creative children very happy! Thank you in advance for any help you can give!
