My Project

The Physical Education Program at my school receives a limited amount of funding. My co-teacher and I teach up to 10 classes a day. We teach students in grades Kindergarten through fifth grades. I would like get new equipment for our students to use during class.

No one likes to play with old and worn equipment.

Most of the equipment that I am requesting would replace worn equipment that is more than 20 years old. Some of the scooters that the students are currently using do not role that well because of age and hair caught in the wheels. The students don't like using them. I would love to replace those scooters. In addition, the scooters that I am requesting can connect to each other. The students love to connect the scooters and roll around the gym with their friends. I am also looking to replace the poly spots. The ones that the students are currently using are over 20 years old. They are worn and dirty. We use these spots for students to sit on for attendance. We also use them in many of our games.

In addition, I am requesting laminating pouches. I laminate the cards for the games that the students play in the gym. I am also looking to purchase agility ladders. We use them for many of our activities.

Your donation would provide my Phys Ed students new supplies for our lessons and games.
