My Project

My students learn best by playing with and manipulating toys. In my classroom for preschoolers with special needs, I have students with varied fine and gross motor abilities. With these skills, having toys to explore and grow motor abilities is vital.

Rather than teaching basic concepts in a traditional way, these toys will give my students new ways to engage with early skills and will help support my students' specific needs.

The Imaginext toys and letter puzzles will be used in our toys and games area to help build students' social skills and play skills.

In my classroom, I have several preschool-aged learners who are beginning to walk, talk and manipulate objects. These toys will fully support these skills and will grow their emerging abilities.
