This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We support a diverse population of young people who have a passion for playing volleyball. These young ladies are part of a team that consists of players from 6 different schools. We work on physical skills, agility, and most importantly social skills. Being a team player and displaying good sportsmanship are some of the skills we work on.

Players need access to equipment!

To enhance their game they would benefit from having access to a ball cart, net setter, whistles, etc. We want to be competitive at all levels and having the right equipment is the first step in getting there.
