My Project

Every student who comes through my program is "at-risk" of not graduating high school for a variety of reasons. Despite all their challenges and all the obstacles they face, my students NEVER cease to amaze me. With all their unique gifts and talents, they are truly bubbling with POTENTIAL. As their teacher, I am so blessed to know them.

Over the years, I've learned that chess boards and rubrics cubes are amazing tools to break down some barriers and create trust, along with teachable moments, that make room for all kinds of wonderful things to happen in the classroom.
