My Students

My students are sponges for knowledge. Knowledge is taught in many ways and requires classroom supplies to teach it!

My classroom consists of diverse learners that include English language learners, learning disabilities, students with high intellectual abilities, and various learning styles.

To reach each and every student, I need various teaching supplies such as play dough, bean bags, magnetic letters, and writing journals.

My Project

The play dough is a perfect tool for my tactile, hands-on, learners that reinforces the alphabet and numbers while working on fine-motor coordination. Magnetic letters reinforce sight words and short vowel words. The writing journals will help my students practice sentence writing in an organized fashion. The bean bags will engage and empower students to read a great book in our classroom library.

These teaching supplies will ensure that every student has a chance to learn in a fun and engaging manner.

It will be used on a daily basis during our workshop centers. Every student, regardless of their learning style, will enjoy learning!
