My Project

This semester (Spring '24) I am taking the opportunity to continue gaining more understanding on play-based pedagogy and learn how egaming and video gaming technology can be effectively incorporated in visual arts lessons through an online graduate course I am taking this semester (Spring '24) and need assistance to complete this 2nd class in the term.

This class will help me prepare as I plan how I will incorporate virtual reality footage from the upcoming solar eclipse into the gaming technology for my students.

The class (part of the Curriculum and Instruction program for my doctoral studies) will allow me to develop more play-based pedagogical lessons, which is an area I am working on with my students. My students are continuing to learn about character movement and landscape design within the games. This course will allow me the continued opportunity to develop lessons in game design as this is an area that is growing and one in which my students are developing skills within.
