My Project

My kindergarten students are eager and ready to learn, and I would very much like to provide them with a rich hands on experience. CT has a new law for play based learning, for students in kindergarten through the 5th grade. I have seen the power of play based learning with the materials I’m able to provide to my students. Unfortunately, the funding to provide more of this experience is limited in New Haven, CT. It is my hope that this project will help provide more learning materials, to provide meaningful, play-based learning in my classroom.
