My Students

Hello DonorsChoose Community! We are a diverse group of kind, caring, intelligent students who are at a community high school. We love sports, being active, and would like the opportunity to play and socially interact with each other after school! We live in a urban setting, where exercise and fresh air is not often readily available. We are just kids who love our small school and community and each other! Please support our club!

My Project

We are a small community school in New York. Our student body is very diverse. However, the one thing that can connect us all is the love for play and sports! Also, due to our urban setting, we usually do not get enough exercise and recreation time.

Instead of going home after school or spending our afternoons in front of a screen, we really would like to start a Badminton Club where we can socialize and interact with each other through a fun game of Badminton!

However, due to budgetary limitations of the school, we do not have the resources to purchase rackets, shuttlecocks, and nets for our students.

Please consider supporting our school as well as the benefits of being active for our students! Thank you for your consideration!
