This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is geared around providing reusable cups for our classroom kitchen in our special day class. These cups would serve to provide a way for the kids to go into the kitchen independently to grab a cup from the cabinet fill it up with water from the fridge and then put it in the dishwasher for them to practice cleaning them as well. This would serve a double purpose of caring for their thirst and at the same time teaching them a life skill of independently getting water for themselves from a kitchen.
