My Project

Having live plants in our classroom will benefit my students in so many ways. Plants can have a soothing effect, reducing stress and anxiety levels in students. This can be especially beneficial in a classroom setting where students may feel pressure from social interactions.

Plants remove carbon dioxide, particulates, and harmful chemicals from the air.

Research shows that people who work with plants in the room have a higher productivity level. One study found that students worked 12% faster and were significantly less stressed when a plant was nearby.

The book bins and storage drawers will help my kiddos keep books about plants organized and all of our plant supplies organized. The curtain rings are perfect for easily hanging up art work and pictures that kiddos create after they make their observations of our growing plants.

Please help my preschool kiddos receive tools that will elevate hands on learning helping them thrive and grow!
