My Students

My students are bright, fun-loving, enthusiastic, ready-to-learn preschoolers, ages 3-5-years old bursting with non-stop energy. I teach in a Pre-K Counts classroom with very supportive parents.

Preschool involves a lot of hands-on learning, social interaction and managing emotions.

My students thrive on playing with one another, using all of their basic skills on a daily basis. They show a lot of interest in everything including books, blocks, puzzles, sensory toys, Dramatic Play and computers.

As their teacher, I want to give each and every one of them opportunities to shine! Be the star they deserve to be.

My Project

A picture is worth a thousand words, but in my classroom, they’re truly priceless as my students get to see their work in the process. In preschool, it’s not always as important to see the end result -the product, but how you get there matters. This printer will give me an opportunity to print photos of my students at work, at play, designing, building and creating “in the moment.” They will get to look back at themselves and take pride. They will be able to share their accomplishments with their families and friends. I want to give them this token of their childhood that they can look back at one day, and say, “I did that!”
