This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A room filled with words adorned with vibrant pictures offers countless benefits for our Pre-K SCIS class.

By associating words with corresponding images, students effortlessly grasp the meaning and context of vocabulary, laying a solid foundation for language comprehension and communication skills.

Additionally, by having laminating film, poster board, card stock and other materials will allow us to create the colorful visuals that will captivate their attention, fostering a love for learning and encouraging active participation in classroom activities. This helps them make connections to their lives and the monthly unit of study.

Furthermore, the rich visual environment promotes critical thinking and problem-solving as students make connections between words and their real-world representations.
