My Project

Pickleball is transforming physical education in schools by offering a low-impact, inclusive activity for students of all ages and abilities. Its incorporation into physical education programs can enhance students’ hand-eye coordination, agility, and cardiovascular endurance. Furthermore, the collaborative nature of the game fosters teamwork and sportsmanship. By integrating pickleball into my physical education program, my goal is to positively impact students’ fitness, skill development and overall enjoyment of physical activity.

It is my goal as a PE teacher to bring new opportunities for my students to engage in physical activity through a variety of sports, such as pickleball.

I just have to say that my students are fantastic! They are always enthusiastic, engaged, and eager to learn new things. It’s so rewarding to see them push themselves and improve their physical skills. I’m really proud of their progress and dedication to leading healthy, active lifestyles.
