Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

"Our energetic 2nd-5th graders love staying active, and we're looking to introduce them to the exciting world of pickleball! Pickleball is a fun, accessible sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. It’s perfect for helping students develop hand-eye coordination, teamwork, and physical fitness in a way that’s both engaging and enjoyable.

We’re requesting a set of pickleball paddles, balls, and portable nets to create a mini pickleball court.

These materials will not only provide a new and exciting activity during PE classes but also give students an opportunity to learn a lifelong sport. With your support, our students will be able to stay active, build new skills, and have fun while doing it!"
