Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

FDR is having their first ever culture fest on June 13 2022 where we will be showcasing different cultures. My group will be representing Latinos. We will be having dances from Columbia, food from Mexico and music from various Latinos countries. But we need your help!!! We want to have the best culture fest ever and display our beautiful Latinos cultures. Students will be able to decorate our room with the piñata, pom pom, banner papel picado plastic decorations, also they will enjoy eating the authentic bubbaloo, tamarind and other delicious candies.

Students and teachers are volunteering by making food and making decorations.

But we need more! We have a lot of Latinos students and we would love if you could donate so we can buy more food and decorations. We want to show our pride to our students population. Please donate and thank you!
