This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As the new physical therapist at Mater Academy, I am excited to have the opportunity to develop and expand the physical therapy program to better serve the needs of our students. In order to effectively support our students in achieving their individual goals, it is essential to have access to the right equipment and resources. The addition of this new equipment will greatly enhance the quality and scope of the physical therapy services I am able to provide, allowing for more tailored, evidence-based interventions that promote student growth and success. With these tools, I will be able to address a wide range of physical challenges, including improving functional mobility and supporting overall physical development, helping students reach their full potential both in and out of the classroom.

This investment in equipment is a critical step in building a comprehensive and dynamic physical therapy program that fosters an inclusive, supportive environment for all students at Mater Academy.
