My Project

These new resources will help my students learn in a safe environment. Students will learn new skills to help them not only physically but mentally as well. Students are taught physical skills like hand-eye coordination, locomotor and non-locomotor skills, and beginner level sports skills. Students will also be taught teamwork, self motivation, leadership, time management, and many more skills to help them inside and outside the classroom.

Physical education is so important for kids mental health.

Students will engage in group activities as well as work independently on all the skills listed above. They will learn how to stay in shape and how physical education is important to live a healthy lifestyle. Physical activity is important to stay physically in shape but is also important to feel good about yourself and have confidence and feel comfortable in your body. Overall, this equipment will help my students learn the necessary skills to live a healthy life.
