My Students

I have been teaching physical education for the last twenty years. I am starting my first full year at my school. Kids love to play soccer and basketball Whether it’s dribbling a ball, shooting on the net/goal or promoting team sports basketball and soccer does all of this. The kids this fall will have a challenge with the social distancing at school since we will all be face to face this year. The best way to do that during PE is to engage in activities that will allow children to play. My goal for this school year is to make kids more physically active since many are returning to face to face school for the first time in eighteen months.

My Project

I have been teaching PE for the last twenty years. This is my first full year at my school. Kids love playing soccer and basketball. They enjoy the thrill of dribbling, shooting on the net or basket and playing a team sport. Both sports work on agility, cardiovascular health, eye, hand and foot coordination, all while having fun. Many students are returning to school for the first time after 18 months. My goal this year is to have all students become more physically active. Any donation is greatly appreciated. Thank you
