Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are eager 3rd graders who are constantly learning new skills and concepts. We need some extra practice using literacy activities and books to help become confident readers.

These literacy activities help build skills that will last a lifetime.

These literacy games will help keep students engaged in learning word recognition, and help build students' confidence and fluency. The Spanish flashcards will help my English language learners practice their English vocabulary so they can feel confident and expand their vocabulary. The phonics stories will be used as fun read-a-louds to use during small group when students are working on improving that skill. These phonics books are engaging for students.
