Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This will help my students, who are performing below grade level, be able to have more exposure to reading and spelling words. This will help get closer to reading on a second grade level. These hands-on games will keep them engaged and focused, making learning really come alive! Phonics is so important. They will help my students learn to read! All students can succeed if given the opportunity. This project will help my students be exposed to phonic and phonemic awareness during stations.

My students will use these listening stations to help them build their phonic and phonemic awareness, which will help them become amazing readers.

They will not need to struggle or feel like they are unable to read. I believe that having these stations in the classroom will encourage the kids to read more and their love for reading will grow. I just can't wait to see my students blossom.
