My Students

Our school is located in the San Fernando Valley, with students from a variety of diverse backgrounds. I have students with special needs, students who are new to the English language, and students who are high achievers. We serve learners from both low income and middle-income households.

My students are compassionate, creative, and curious.

They are eager 1st graders who are inspired and encouraged each day. Our school strives to meet the needs of all students and emphasizes the importance of learning.

My Project

Phonemic Awareness is something we do every day in the classroom. Students will be able to use these materials to build words, manipulate words, and give them a hands-on experience with the vocabulary that we use every day. These centers will help reinforce Phonemic Awareness lessons to ensure an understanding by each of my students on an individual basis. These ready to use centers have everything students need to build phonemic awareness independently. Students will also be able to work at their own pace. Please Help make reading a piece of cake! Nothing makes a student feel more special than success!
