This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Technology plays a crucial role in enhancing both academic learning and social-emotional development. The items I’ve requested will help create an engaging, collaborative, and reflective environment for my students. The Nintendo Switch with extra controllers will serve as a tool for fostering teamwork, problem-solving, and empathy during group activities and SEL exercises. The external DVD drive allows us to integrate multimedia resources into our curriculum, enabling us to watch movie adaptations of the literature we study. It encourages critical thinking as students compare texts to their film adaptations, analyze themes, and discuss creative decisions. Together, these resources will support a safe, inclusive learning space where students can grow academically and emotionally
