Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We have just had to rearrange two of our 5th grade classes. With this change, we are revisiting some of our systems within the class to help the students adjust along with the added benefit of helping to instill a better sense of personal responsibility and organization. We are requesting a pencil dispenser to keep out much needed pencils neat and at the same time offer a fun way to replenish a pencil. The pencil grippers can be stuck onto each student's desk to help eliminate the wasted time as they scramble looking for a pencil.

The rainbow and stackable pencils along with the eraser tops and puffy dry erasers will be added to the weekly prize box.

The magnets and command hooks will allow us to decorate the room for the different seasons while displaying student created projects around the room. The markers will serve in helping to create colorful projects as well as anchor charts that are hung for students to reference during and after a unit. Please consider donating to this project to help keep us on track and organized as we enter into the second half of the school year!
