This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My scholars are amazing. They are dedicated scholars with a passion to learn. They love to demonstrate their learning daily. My students are authors, poets, writers, cartoonists, doodlers, and amazing creative thinkers.

The pencils, erasers, and sharpeners will be used to facilitate their learning throughout the school year.

They will greatly benefit from having pencils readily available as well as the tools to keep their supplies sharp, just like their abilities. These pencils will help strengthen their motor skills. I would like them to have the best opportunity possible when it comes to developing their writing skills. I'm certain they are going to love having these supplies. It will give them the confidence to write more legibly in class. This project will make it possible for students to have the tools they need, whenever they need them. They will not need to worry about having dull pencils or even worry if they lose or misplace their pencil. My students have so many other obstacles in their way, not having pencils should not be one of them.
